Client requirement was to allow customers to set-up and manage features of their own subscription online, e.g., start service, change credit card details, put on hold next delivery.
An online portal was incorporated into the client's website to manage customer membership subscriptions. This allows customers to sign-up for membership, add monthly extra's, manage payment and allow auto dunning process for overdue bills (auto email process for payments missed and card expiry dates coming up).
